Welcome to Gabby’s Glory page.

We are thrilled to have you join us in celebrating individuals with Down syndrome at this very special event. Your support and fundraising efforts provide programming and services for individuals with Down syndrome and their families in our community. Down Syndrome Innovations serves over 1,500 families, 22 hospitals, 45 school districts and dozens of early childhood and adult service provider organizations in Kansas and Missouri.

A Special Message from Gabby’s Glory

We have been walking every year since Gabby was born and here we walk again! In 2005, Mike and I welcomed our third daughter into our family. Little did we know on that fateful day in January just how our lives were about to change. In hindsight, Gabby’s crazy birth story was just the beginning of our new journey in parenthood. This journey is at times challenging, scary, frustrating, and heartbreaking, but always joyous and worth it. It is made easier by the support and guidance we have received over the years from Down Syndrome Innovations (formerly the Down Syndrome Guild of Greater Kansas City.)
